This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed to appoint an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent.

When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present arbitration original petition and also made an endorsement with regard to the same. Further, he requests this Court to grant liberty to file a fresh petition, once the procedures are set right.
3. In view of the above, this Arbitration Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. No cost.
