ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition in Crl.M.P.No. 600 of 2024 by an order dated 29.01.2024 by which petition , the petitioner was granted bail, to sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Taking all the factors into consideration, the condition is modified and this Petition stands allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal Special Court under EC/NDPS Act, Chennai, where the final report has now been filed, monthly twice ie., first and 15th working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 14.03.2024 vsg To
