2.In the circumstances stated in the affidavit, having satisfied with the reasons stated for impleading the proposed respondents 2 to 4 as respondents in Crl.O.P.No.4101 of 2023, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to implead proposed respondents in Crl.O.P.No.4101 of 2023.
3.Issue notice to proposed respondents 2 to 4, returnable in three weeks.
