O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission to conduct orchestra program with dance and light music program at Puttru Koil situated at Mullai Village, Nimmiyampet Post, Vaniyampadi Taluk, Vellore District scheduled to be held on 17.08.2017 at 07.00 pm to 11.00 pm. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondent on 04.08.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 17.08.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.

3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 15.08.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
