The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted by the respondent in Crime No.487 of 2010 and a final report has been filed before the Special Court for CCB/CBCID cases, Egmore. 4.
