ORDER
The above revision is against acquittal and the same has been preferred after the amendment to section 372 Cr.P.C., permitting an appeal by the aggrieved, came into force on 31.12.2009. Hence, this revision is to be dismissed as not maintainable for the said reason.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
