ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Mr.Hariharan, states that the petitioner had filed Civil Revision Petition, viz., C.R.P.No.162 of 2002, which has ultimately come to be closed on 25.10.2024 relegating the parties to the civil courts.

2. Since the relief sought in the present matter is akin to the relief sought in the Civil Revision Petition, he does not press this writ petition and makes an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed as not pressed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
