This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Trial Court i.e., the learned Special Judge, II Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., & 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet has already been filed before the trial Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, II Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, on all hearing dates without fail.
