This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3023 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3023 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 is relaxed.
