ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under section 420 read with 34 of IPC in C.C.No.825 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry, Union of Puducherry, seek anticipatory bail.

3. This Court is of the view that the reason for the petitioner approaching this Court is that issued Non Bailable Warrant and seeks for recall. The petitioner's anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
