ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the 4th Respondent to return the case files in Cr.No.1 of 2023 after due rectification to the 3rd Respondent for investigation and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to file a Final Report in Cr.No.1 of 2023 within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to hand over the entire case diary in Crime No.1 of 2023 to the file of the third respondent. On receipt of the entire case diary, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2023 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of the entire case diary.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands

disposed of.
