Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2019 and consequently, direct the respondents to permit him to conduct a cultural programme with Anthi Mazhai Committee celebrating joint to Music and Television Michel's Ganapattu, Dance and Singing Programme on 20.03.2019 at 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. for their worship of Family Deity of Arulmighu Sri Solaivazi Amman, Sri Ariyavazi Amman, Sri Renukambal, Sri Thanchiammal Thirukoil at Ariyathur Village, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

Mr.E.Balamurugan Special Government Pleader O R D E R Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 08.03.2019 and consequently, directing the respondents to permit him to conduct a cultural programme with Anthi Mazhai Committee celebrating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Music and Television Michel's Ganapattu, Dance and Singing Programme on 20.03.2019 at 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. for their worship of Family Deity of Arulmighu Sri Solaivazi Amman, Sri Ariyavazi Amman, Sri Renukambal, Sri Thanchiammal Thirukoil at Ariyathur Village, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that already a circular memorandum dated 31.10.2018 has been issued by the Director General of Police to all the Station House Officers/Inspectors indicating the conditions to be imposed while considering the grant of permission to "Aadal Padal Programme". Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered by the second respondent in the light of the Circular already issued by the Director General of Police dated 31.10.2018.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law on or before 19.03.2019. No costs.
