ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 4(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1538 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1538 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders .
