(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, wife of the alleged detenu Babu @ Shahul Hameed, has filed this petition, to cause production of her husband, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

AP It is with regret we record that in the affidavit filed in support of the present Habeas Corpus Petition, no mention whatsoever is made of a similar prayer having been sought and the petition there regards, having been held as not maintainable under orders in HCP.SR.No.37153/2017 and Crl.MP.SR.No.38265/2017 dated 11.10.2017.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that almost all witnesses stand examined and the case is ripe for disposal. In view of the same, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition.
