This petition has been filed to record the 2nd respondent in the present CMP as dead and record the first and third respondents in the present CMP as her Legal Representatives in the Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the respondents have been duly served. He also submits that an Affidavit of Service has also been filed before the Registry. A xerox copy of the said affidavit has also been placed before this Court, today.

3.
