This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the judgment and decree in MACTOP No.341 of 2017 dated 19.03.2020 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, IV Additional District Judge, Bhavani, Erode District.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
