This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to continue to extend the benefit of '' A '' Class facility to the petitioner as ordered by the learned Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai dated 18.05.2023 in Crl.MP.No.2869 of 2023 in C.C.No.123 of 2022 in DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-1/INT-20/2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the benefit of '' A '' Class facility to the petitioner was already cancelled. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
