Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to the petitioner execute the bond and also furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore as directed by this Honble court by order dated 11.01.2022 made in Crl.MP.No.169 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24001 of 2021 order as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper.

Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.MP.No.169 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24001 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.MP.No.169 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24001 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022 is extended till 18.04.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled.
