This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the above Criminal Revision. 2.This matter was listed in Advance List on 24.11.2023. Thereafter, the same is listed today and taken up for hearing. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, the case papers along with original judgment of the Court below mixed up with other cases, thereafter, traced out on 01.03.2023. Immediately, the Criminal Revision was filed along with this petition before this Court on 03.03.2023. Due to which, there is delay of 67 days. 4.Mr.Thiyagaraja, learned counsel takes notice for R1, Mr.S.Balaji, learned Counsel takes notice for R2 and Mr.Hashwanth, learned counsel takes notice for R3. They have got no objection in allowing this petition. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 27.11.2023 vv2 Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
