This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2020 made to the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer column in the Writ Petition is not complete with details and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. 3.Leave granted.
