ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein is the husband of the defacto complainant apprehending arrest by the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498-A, 294-B, 323, 376, 506(1), 511 of IPC 1860. Based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

2. On perusal of an FIR and the Alteration Report of the Investigating Officer dated 28.09.2021 which indicates that on completion of investigation no case made out against A1, A3 and A4 and therefore charges are altered into 498-A, 294(b), 323, 376, 511, 506 (i) of IPC. It is to be noted that for these offences, the petitioner herein has been already granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 12.01.2022 in Crl.OP.No.675 of 2022 and therefore there is no further order warrants.

3.The learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to consider the alteration report dated 28.09.2021 and subsequent order of granting anticipatory bail to this petitioner after producing sureties. The petitioner is granted two weeks time for furnishing sureties from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of a copy of this order and other conditions imposed in the earlier oder in Crl.OP.No.675 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 remains unaltered.
