Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent Board to consider the representation dated 21.12.2017 and further direct the 3rd respondent to restore sewerage connection for the petitioner's property bearing Municipal Door No.5/44, Nagathamman Koil Street, Thanthangkupuppam, Villivakkam, Chennai 600 049. ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2017 to restore sewerage connection for the petitioner's property bearing Municipal Door No.5/44, Nagathamman Koil Street, Thanthangkupuppam, Villivakkam, Chennai 600 049.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sewerage connection to the property of the petitioner was already restored.

4. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
