Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of third respondent in R.C.No.10835/2022/A3 dated 30.11.2022 (revised Deputy Tahsildar seniority from 2005 to 2021) to the limited extent of non inclusion of the petitioner's name in the panel for the year 2017 and including her name in the panel for the year 2019 and R.C.No.10835/2022/A3 dated 30.11.2022 of the third respondent (Revised Tahsildar's panel from 2008 to 2021) to the limited extent of non inclusion of the petitioner's name in the revised panel for the year 2020, R.C.No.A3/02/2023 dated 27.02.2023 issued by the third respondent here and to quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the respondents to restore the petitioner's placement in the panel for the year 2017 for promotion as Deputy Tahsildar and their placement in the panel for the year 2020 & 2021 as Tahsildar.

These writ petitions have been filed challenging the order of third respondent in R.C.No.10835/2022/A3 dated 30.11.2022 (revised Deputy Tahsildar seniority from 2005 to 2021) to the limited extent of non inclusion of the petitioner's name in the panel for the year 2017 and including her name in the panel for the year 2019 and R.C.No.10835/2022/A3 dated 30.11.2022 of the third respondent (Revised Tahsildar's panel from 2008 to 2021) to the limited extent of non inclusion of the petitioner's name in the revised panel for the year 2020, R.C.No.A3/02/2023 dated 27.02.2023 issued by the third respondent here and to quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the respondents to restore the petitioner's placement in the panel for the year 2017 for promotion as Deputy Tahsildar and their placement in the panel for the year 2020 & 2021 as Tahsildar.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that as prayed in these writ petitions, the revised seniority list of Deputy Tahsildar panels from 2008 to 2022 has been published on 07.03.2024. Accordingly, all these petitioners have been restored in their original place of their seniority. Further, the revised Seniority of Tahsildar Panels from 2008 to 3/6
2022 has been published on 11.03.2024. Accordingly, these petitioners names appeared in the revised seniority panel.
3. Recording the said submission these writ petitions are closed. It is also made clear that the petitioners are entitle for monetary and service benefits from the date of their arrival from the post of Deputy Tahsildar to Tahsildar.
