ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to forthwith comply with the order passed in C.M.P.No.1029 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Namakkal by producing the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN.03D5983 Maruthi Suzuki Swift Car (Vdi) before the Magistrate court within a stipulated time and assigning C.P.Number.

2.The petitioner is the owner of the car bearing registration No.TN 03 D 5983 Maruthi Suzuki Swift (Vdi) which was seized in Crime No.173 of 2025 but the said car has not been produced before the trial Court so far. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had produced the Form-95 and also the records showing that the car was produced before the Magistrate on 06.04.2026 and the same has been taken as case property in C.P.No.15 of 2026. 4.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is closed. 15-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order sms
