Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names have been printed in the cause list, none appeared on their behalf.
2. We have gone through the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and are convinced with the same. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
3. We hereby appoint Ms.N.Premalatha, Advocate, (Mobile No.8870115484), No.1D, First Floor, Seashell Apartment, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-600 041 as Legal Aid Counsel for the respondents, who shall assist the Court. The Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Counsel, as initial remuneration.
4. The Registry is directed to supply the copies of the typed set of papers to Ms.N.Premalatha, Legal Aid Counsel and number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
