ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the patta granted in favour of the 4 th respondent.

2.Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.02.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the 4 th respondent and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
