The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Second Respondent submits that the Government alone has got jurisdiction to return the land, which has been gifted by the Petitioner and the representation should be made to the Government, who is not a party in this Writ Petition. 2.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to submit a fresh representation to the Government and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
