JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and Mr.M.Saravanan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.T.Sezhian, learned counsel for the second respondent, who take notice on behalf of the respective respondents.
2. The writ appeal has been filed by the State challenging the interim direction granted by the learned Single Judge directing the appellants to grant interim approval of the appointment of the first respondent herein as B.T.Assistant (Science) in the institution viz., the second respondent herein without insisting for TET pass certificate and to pay salary to him.
3. When the writ appeal was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of the court that the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been complied with and hence, the writ appeal becomes infructuous.
4. In view of the above development, the writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS II) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ssk.
