ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J) The present Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2016.
2. By consent of the learned Counsel appearing for both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that both sides of the Azhikarai Soil public road in Cuddalore District are under encroachment by many persons. In support of the prayer, the letter of the Block Development Officer, Mangalore in Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/266/2017, dated Nil.02.2017, to the Revenue Tahsildar, is enclosed at page 21 of the paper book filed along with the Writ Petition. On a perusal of the said proceedings, it is clear that there is some encroachment as alleged by the Writ Petitioner in the said road and the said encroachment was found by the authority during inspection.
4. The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to consider the said representation submitted by the petitioner. Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 27.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, by giving opportunities to all the parties concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
