Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2014 addressed to the first respondent requesting them to absorb him into first respondent's Board's Service as per Memo No.15/A.Adm.O/Adm.III/A1/FCL/08, dated 22.01.2008 within a time frame.

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2014 addressed to the first respondent requesting them to absorb him into first respondent's Board's Service as per Memo No.15/A.Adm.O/Adm.III/A1/FCL/08, dated 22.01.2008 within a time frame.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2014 relating to the absorption of the petitioner based on the Board Memo No.15/A.Adm.O/Adm.III/A1/FCL/08, dated 22.01.2008, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
