2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioners are subscribers in chit conducted by M/s.Iyangaran Chits and Private Limited having its registered office at No.4/20, Raghavan Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai 94. The Chit Company was run by one Senthil Kumar and his wife Sharmila. The accused had cheated several other persons and on the complaint given by one Arun Kumar, a case in Crime No.9 of 2019 was registered by the second respondent. case registered in Crime No.9 of 2019, the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7587/2022 is added as LW21 and the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7601/2022 is added as LW20. The respondent after completion of investigation have filed the final report and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.233 of 2021 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai 8. 3.Recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.
