The learned counsel for the contempt petitioner would submit that this contempt petition is for violation of the interim order passed by this Court dated 28.02.2024 in W.M.P.No.5476 of 2024 in W.P.No.4983 of 1/3

2024. Now, the main writ petition was heard and orders were reserved. It is seen that both the contemnors have separately filed their affidavit, wherein, they have undertook that they will not interfere with the peaceful possession of the subject land by the petitioner. In view of the above undertaking by both the contemnors and also considering the fact that orders were reserved in the main writ petition, the contempt petition is closed at this stage.
