ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter has been resolved before the Mediation Centre in Mediation Case No.1151/2017 dated 19.01.2018. A copy of the memorandum of

settlement dated 18.01.2018 entered into between the parties has also been filed before this Court.

2. In such view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of in terms of the Mediation Report dated 19.1.2018. Consequently, connected applications are closed. The memorandum of settlement dated 18.01.2018 shall form part of this order.
