Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.R.NIXAN, Advocate on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the C.M.P stating that the revision petition was allowed on 08.02.2021 however, the contesting respondent refused to receive the cost on the ground that the petitioner is likely to prefer the appeal before the Supreme Court.

2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to make the cost of a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the above C.R.P.4345 of 2014.

3. In the interest of justice, this C.M.P is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to deposit the cost of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of C.R.P.No.4345 of 2014 before the Registrar (General) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
