O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward before this court to file contempt petition alleging that the order passed by this court on 10.11.2014 is not complied with .

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner has produced before this Court, the proceedings issued by the Block Medical Officer, Govt. Community Health Centre, Marandahalli, Dharmapuri District, dated 23.09.2016 and submitted that appropriate order has already been passed.

3. A perusal of the order would show that the petitioner's representation has been considered and the same was disposed of. Therefore, this court does not find any willful disobedience in the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29213 of 2014 dated 10.11.2014. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appropriate Appeal, if so advised and in such an event, the petitioner is given a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to file such an appeal.
