O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is represented by Mr.J.Pothiraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent that the encroachments were removed on 30.07.2018 with the help and counting officials-operation of the Police Department, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Chennai Metro Water and Sewerage Board officials along with the Revenue Department staffs, and also in the presence of Petitioner. 2.Apart from that, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Contempt Petition that the encroachments were removed and orders were complied with. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Contempt Petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the Contempt Petition is closed.
