O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners is that while calculating the interest on the belated payment of the retiral benefits, the 6% interest on the further delay from the earlier order of this court until the date of settlement was not calculated and paid.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the interest has to be calculated for the said period also and it would be calculated and paid within such reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to calculate the interest from the date of order until the date of settlement within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
