C.M.P.No.7978 of 2021 in S.A.No.420 of 2021 M.SUNDAR.J., Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of separate judgment made in main second appeal i.e., S.A.No.420 of 2021.

2. In the light of dismissal of second appeal, as a sequittur captioned CMP is also dismissed. Owing to the same reasons set out in the second appeal, there shall be no order as to costs.
