This writ petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the respondents 1 & 3 in connection with the orders passed by them in their Proc.Na.Ka.No.3038/2014/A3 dated Nil April 2016 served on 23.06.2016

and Na.Ka.3103/16/A3 dated 24.06.2016 respectively and quash the same.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cots. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
