Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the first respondent to produce the detenu Antony Arulraj, son of Arockiyasamy, aged about 40 years, now illegal custody of the Second Respondent herein before this Court and set him at liberty to secure the ends of justice.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The Petitioner/Sister of the detenu has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition to produce her brother Antony Arulraj, S/o.Arockiyasamy, aged about 40 years, who is now in the illegal custody of the Second Respondent before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2.Heard the Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2.

3.Today, the detenu Antony Arulraj, S/o.Arockiyasamy, aged about 40 years is present in Court.

4.Since the Detenu Antony Arulraj is produced before this Court and furthermore, he being a major and entitled to choose his own further course of action, this Court closes the present Habeas Corpus Petition as nothing survives for further adjudication.
