2. The charge against the petitioner is that he has committed misappropriation of money entrusted for loading in ATMs belonging to various banks. The petitioner has been arrested on 13.02.2020.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and the fact that the CCTV footage to shows the involvement of the petitioner in the crime, I do not think that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail at present. Hence, this bail petition is dismissed for the present.
