When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 14062 of 2014 in which the second petitioner P.Thamyendran who is the petitioner in the present writ petition, in that W.P.No. 14062 of 2014, he prayed for regularization of service, which has been allowed by this Court dated 16.08.2022. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
2. In view of the above submission made by the the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
