This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3229 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3229 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month until further orders.
