Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.8480/2020 Crl.OP.No.16378/2020 on 21.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P.No.8480 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16378 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 109, 34 of IPC in Crime No.665 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He also submitted that charge sheet has been filed and numbered as PRC. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on each and every hearing. This petition is ordered.
