This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022 seeking to revise the scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234/2009 dated 01.06.2009 from 01.09.2006 to 30.04.2014 and to pay all subsequent benefits to the petitioner.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022 seeking to revise the scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234/2009 dated 01.06.2009 from 01.09.2006 to 30.04.2014 and also seeking to pay all subsequent benefits, and to pass orders on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
