Prayer in both W.Ps.: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.C3/5631/2015, dated 19.03.2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to restore the seniority of the petitioners in the post of Skilled Assistant Grade-I based on actual date of promotion and consequently consider the petitioners for promotion to the Post of Technical Assistant in the existing vacancies in the third respondent Corporation. COMMON ORDER Though the writ petitions are filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 19.03.2015 of the third respondent revising the seniority, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners would be satisfied if their representations/objections dated 31.03.2015 and 07.04.2015 respectively on the aforesaid impugned order dated 19.03.2015 are considered by the third respondent and an appropriate order is passed thereon.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3. In view of such a limited prayer made, both these writ petitions are disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representations/objections of the petitioners dated 31.03.2015 and 07.04.2015 respectively, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the third respondent is passing any adverse order against any other person, he is directed to hear those persons. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
