This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2023. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that, he is the owner of the property in Survey No.141/7 and 204/4 but the neighbour making attempts to encroach upon the property. Therefore, the petitioner approached the second respondent for measurement of the property and paid the requisite fees. However, Surveyor deputed by the Tahsildar has not submitted the report. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 01.06.2023 and the same has not been considered by the second respondent.

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the survey report will be furnished to the petitioner within a period of one week. 4.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
