2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the prosecution witnesses were examined and the matter is posted for the evidence of the investigating officer.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions. Hence, both the criminal original petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
