ORDER
This court while entertaining the writ petition, has passed an interim order in MP.No.1/2015 dated 18.08.2015 and alleging the violation of the same, the present contempt petition is filed.
M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., rka/sk 2.Learned counsel for petitioner is absent. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the order which is subject matter of contempt has been complied with by the respondent / contemnor in the form of letter No.3480/Ser.8(2)/2016-5, dated 07.12.2016 and has also produced a copy of the said Letter. The same is taken on file and recorded.
3.In the light of same, the contempt petition is closed.
