Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records connected with impugned proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.18484/M/E2/2013, dated 27.11.2013 and consequential proceeding of the fourth respondent passed in Na.Ka.No. 12115/A1/2013 dated 28.11.2013 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner's concerned. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 14062 of 2014 in which the first petitioner S.Ravikumar who is the petitioner in the present writ petition, in that W.P.No. 14062 of 2014, he prayed for regularization of service, which has been allowed by this Court dated 16.08.2022. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. 2/4
2. In view of the above submission made by the the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
